    IMO you need to add some pro if you dont want to loose muscle. carbs about right, but dont like the juice sugars. I would get rid of the buns and breads and juices and replace with oats or brown rice. No dairy or very little. and add about 25-50g of fat.
    add some liquid egg whites for the extra pro and clean up the carbs.

    dextrose stimulates and raises your insulin through the roof i believe.
