    Pancakes

Im wondering if its ok to eat a few pancakes every morning, cause usually when i do, i feel pumped up. Muscles feel swole and just feels great.

Being on HGH right now allows me to eat pretty much whatever i want and stay cut so im not worried about depositing fat. But anyways is this ok to do?

For instance, this morning i had a chicken wrap, 2 pancakes and 6 eggs for breakfast.

By your pictures.....I can say you can afford to eat a few.

Your diet is bizarre to stay cut imo.....

    Try these:

    Ingredients
    - 1 cup of egg whites
    - 1 eggs
    - 2 scoops of Isopure Zero Carb Protein (Vanilla)
    - 1/2 cup cottage cheese
    - 1 cup rolled oats
    - cinnamon to taste

Blend it all together and pour into a pan as you normally would. Top with calorie free syrup and strawberries/bananas.... This stuff is the sh!t!

    Oat Pancakes:

    1 cup oats
    6 egg whites
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
splash of skim milk or water
    Splenda all you want
    nutmeg
    drop of vanilla

Blend the oats in a blender until real powdery ( no water just dry )
and then add all the rest above and blend until a good consistency for a pancake

Cook on griddle/pan which should be real hot sprayed with Pam....and then cook like a regular pancake

    TOP with:
Sugar free syrup and blueberries or fruit of choice
and drop a bit of Greek yogurt to spread around the pancake

    ENJOY!

MAKES 3 BIG PANCAKES! so good for 3 meals.
Life is too short, so kiss slowly, laugh insanely, love truly and forgive quickly.

Your pumped from the insulin release (most likely syrup) and the carbs that go along with it. I get the same. Replacing these carbs with eggs will not give the same result.
