thx alot for the response. starting tomorrow, i will be eating 250G-275G protein a day.
i wouldnt worry about going as high as 275 thats probably more than you need, 220-260 per day is probably pleanty for you to see good gains. watch the carbs and the fat too, keep those macros in line too!
like kj said, 1.5g/lb is a good rule of thumb. also depends on what ur goals are though, go 250-275g and see how u do. should be good imo.
