Height 5'11
Electronic body fat measurement 15% I think I am closer to 20%

Should I cut the black beans from the dinner salad they have a lot of carbs at night?

I wouldn't. They're the only carbs you're really getting PWO, and they're good complex carbs - I wouldn't worry about it. The steak is a great choice where you have it, but what about a quick PWO shake?
