Supplements aren't going to do much for you mate without a concrete diet so it's best to start with working on that then slowly incorporate different supplements for your needs. Lots of people end up thinking all these supplements are magic pills that will transform them then all of a sudden their supplement cabinet is fuller than their fridge.

I would start with the following :

    - A regular Multivitamin from the Grocery Store / Supermarket
    - Whey Protein for Post-Workout
    - Casein Powder for before bed
    - Maybe Vitamin C, E, and B6 if you are using a multi with lower doses of those (although this isn't necessary)
    - Lots of nookie to speed up initial weight loss and jump start cardio

If you can prove to yourself you have the dedication, willpower, and motivation towards a bodybuilding diet regime, I would add in these:

    - BCAA's
    - Glutamine
    - Creatine
    - A better Multivitamin (ON Opti-men, AnimalPak, etc)
    - ZMA

If you still are going strong I would move on to stage three and look into these:

    - Thermogenics (Clen / Keto / T3)
    - ECA Stack
    - Pre-Workout Stimulants (Jack3D, NO Xplode, etc)
    - Dieuretics (HydroxylCut, Animal Cut, etc)
