    Question Keto Cyclic Diet?

    Just wondering if anyone has had experience running a diet similar to this in the past..... good, bad? I seem to have plateaued with my current diet.

    I'm thinking of starting it this week and running it for 6 weeks instead of the reccomended 8. I just started a cycle this week consisting of test cyp @ 500mgs/ week ( 12 weeks) , equipoise @ 500 mgs/ week (12 weeks) and t-bol @ 50 mgs/ day ( weeks 1-6), masteron @ 75mgs eod ( weeks 7-12)

    My stats are;

    31yo
    6'1", 205lbs
    approx. 15% bf?
    2 cycles previous
    Training experience 4 years

    i dunno why you dont have the diet started before you cycle instead of having planned before you start cycle. doesnt make sense.

    keto can work well. personally its a horrible brutal diet.

    how many cals will you be aiming for. and your macros too. are you having any carbs PWO?

    I hadn't started the diet because I thought it would make more sense to wait for AS to kick in to guard against possible muscle loss.

    If I ran the sample day it would put me at right about 3000 cals. My maintainence is 3000 cals, so I was thinking I should be at about 2500 cals, 350-375 g protein, 125-150 g protein and 50 g carbs pwo.

    My diet currently is;

    1. 1 scoop whey isolate, 3 xl eggs, 2 slices whole wheat bread, 1/2 cup oatmeal and 1/8 cup raisins
    2. 8 oz. chicken breast or pork tenderloin or sirloin steak
    3. 8 oz. wild salmon and 1 cup green vegetables
    4. same as 2
    5. 40 g whey isolate and 2 tablespoons natural peanut butter
    6. pwo 20g whey isolate, 20g hydro whey, 20g casein and 1 banana
    7. casein and 1/4 cup almonds
