Any fish is a good protein source, it all depends on how much room there is for fats in your diet.

For instance, Alaskan Wild Salmon is a great choice for those who are on Ketogenic Diet.

Big fan of salmon and tuna (preferably sashimi with some sliced chilli). Grilled mackeral is also pretty good with a few drops of lemon. 230 calories in a filet of mackeral (0 carbs, 21g protein, 16g fat (4 sat, 2 mono, 4 poly) and nearly 3000mg omega 3.

Mackeral is also normally a cheaper than salmon or tuna (untinned at least).

Also, found this which gives a good compare on different fish:

if you are looking for good low fat protein from the sea shrimp can't be beat. I don't remember the macros exactly but i think its about 20g protein per g of fat.

lobster has tons of great low fat protein too if you can afford it. 20 g per .5 g of fat.

I'm also a big fan of all the white fish which are also very low fat.

If I'm looking for some efa's I love salmon. As stated above, I'm not a fan of mackeral.

Swordfish is a very tastey middle of the road fish with some healthy fat but not a ton, also tough to fit in the budget.
