    diet advice! stand alone course of winstrol!

    ive recently started a course of winstrol taking 50mg a day.

    this is, as its known, a cutting drug! im taking nothing else with it, as im simply trying to harden up. this is my first course.
    however ive been told im not eating enough! aparently im eating as much as the average joe?

    im 5 foot 9, 26 years old, and weight just under 13 stone! my body fat is athletically about 12-15%/

    im training 5 days a week, about 60 minutes weight training each session followed by about 20 minutes HIIT cardio 4 times a week!

    im getting up to 2500calories/160-200g carbs/ 220g+ protein/ 30-60g fat a day!

    i have a manual job too!

    an example of my daily diet is:

    9am-
    *8 eggs (3 yolks)-300cals/36g ptein/18g fat
    *2 slices wholemeal toast-220cals/40g carb

    500cals/36g ptein/40g carb/18g fat

    *TRAIN*

    11:30am-
    *50g whey-200cals/42g ptein
    *75g oats-220cals/45g carb
    *milk-50cals/4g carb

    450cals/42g ptein/49g carb

    3pm-
    *1 1/2 tin tuna-220cals/45g ptein
    *130g cooked rice-220cals/40g carb

    440cals/45g ptein/40g carb

    7pm
    *150g chicken-220cals/37g ptein
    *1/2 tin tuna-70cals/15g ptein
    *70g cooked rice-130cals/20g carb

    420cals/52g ptein/20g carb

    10pm-
    *60g whey-240cals/42g ptein
    *150g yogurt-90cals/10g ptein/12g carb
    *peanut butter-100cals/7g fat

    430cals/52g ptein/12g carb/7g fat


    11:30pm
    *20g casein-120cals/21g ptein


    is this too little or too much? am i eating the wrong foods?

    My totals round up between 2000-2500cals/150-200g protein/220g-250g ptein and 30-50g fat!

    I train 5 times a week, 45-60mins weight training followed by 20-30mins cardio, either moderate or HIIT!

    I've been told I'm not eating enough to get any gains from this, but I'm sort of trying to stay lean for a holiday in july!
