Lets say i had a double cheeseburger.

    250 cals. (cheat meal)

then i decide to do some extra cardio today and burn 750 cals instead of 500

Would the extra burned calories un-do the harm caused by the cheatmeal fully?

Or is there something im missing in the calculation?

(im asking because after my workout i let myself go and ate 1kg of blueberries and raspberries, 500 calories, i felt so bad about it considering im cutting so i just went on a 2h biking trip to burn an extra 500cal to compensate)

so what do you look like now? and yea i would assume you can compensate in terms of calories, but that doesn't meant you won't be burning muscle as well, lots of cardio can sacrifice muscle, thats why most bodybuilders don't do cardio or very light if any.

Theoretically, yes. From experience things don't always work out that way though. If the meal you ate is all then yeah you should be good for sure. When you get fast food and stuff things get difficult. I think its because of the nasty preservatives and such that are in there that don't necessarily get counted as macros.

in terms of weight gained then yes the differnce would be zero but in reality i think you would lose some muscle hardness and look more flabby around the gut area, or i would anyway, £0.02

The only thing I could think of that would affect you is the sodium content may make you retain some water for a day or two!

I'm thinking you can't count. How does a double cheeseburger only come to 250kCals? And 2.2lbs of Blueberries and Raspberries are only 500kCals?

Your fine mate. Judging from your pic thread/log I'm pretty sure your a typical ectomorph too. If it was something that super heavy in just carbs or fats you might experience some bloat the following day but in the long run won't notice it.
