I am 5'10, age 26, bodyfat notsure but around 12%
weight 170-172 - Goal to maintain this weight no higher then 175 and put more lean mass on.

So my question is what are my marco going to be or should be around,
I understand my protein has to be around 350 total 2g per pound, so 6 to 7 meal that needs to be split(each meal 50g for 7 meals)

Now cal will work itself out, but I am more worried about Carbs and fats...?
