10 calories flavored vitamin waters
Is it ok to drink zero calorie sweet drinks (powered zero, 10 calorie flavored waters), etc on a cutting diet? Technically there should be no difference between water and zero calorie sweet drinks, right?

i have changed my veiwpoint on this since i found out what the main ingredient is : Aspartme. Aspartme is made up of two amino acids, BBs love amino acids right ? so i might drink one a week as opposed to never, im certainly not going to drink them as much as water that would be ridiculous.

If the drink is going to prevent you from splurging on a litre of soda or apple juice or whatever then go for it. I personally only drink water and once and a while make a huge pitcher and throw in lemon + orange slices + ice and let it saturate for a while for flavor. More or less still zero cals & no carbs with great taste.
