Low Carb Diet, Weight loss stopped
Here is my problem.
Was dropping weight pretty well then to get more aggressive I posted up my current diet and was told I should change from 45/40/15 to something like 45/35/20.
When I did that I seemed to feel much weaker, I didn't have the drive or strength to do my cardio sessions and my workouts suffered as well as my weight loss just STOPPED.
I know some people say they perform better at a lesser carb intake then others but do you think I am one of those cases were I just need those carbs?
