Hi guys, need advice on my diet, as I've been told I'm not eating enough to gain much result from my first ever course of winstrol!
I'm 5foot 9, and weigh 13stones, body fat is about 12percent!
I train 5 times a week, up to 60 mins weightsn followed by 20-30mins cardio, moderate intensity or HIIT!
I'm consuming between 2000-2500calories/ 220-250g protein/ 150-200g carbs/ 30-50g fat a day!
Any advice on where I could be going wrong? Honest truth is appreciated!!
