I've been a member on here for a while just a silent one though... I want to have a crack at using steroids but would like some insight on how i should be eating through the 12 weeks ill be cycling... I'm 27, 6"2, 95kgs, 15- 20% bf and roughly 10 years in the gym! Only really decided recently to take this path but i'm interested in knowing more about eating right. I wanna drop bf before i start, but want to achieve as much mass as possible, not overly worried about my 6 pac but also don't wanna look like a go to the pub everyday... I train 5 to 6 days a week and throw in half an hour cardio 2-3 times! Some direction with meals would be great thanks....
