Hey Guys/Girls.
Around 6 months ago I quit training, loosing all gains and increasing my B.F%.
Therefore prior to bulking up again, I decided I would reduce the B.F% to sub 10%, in order to achieve a lean bulk figure.
I started reducing caloric intake and doing cardio (3-4 days per week) and weight interval training (2 times per week).
Current Stats:
Age:21
BF%: 13%
Weight: 152lbs
Current Diet: (Eating every 3 hours, plenty of water)
Meal 1: Plain Oat Porridge, Cup of green tea, 1g flax oil
Meal 2: Half sandwich (brown whole grain - either: tuna,salmon,ham,chicken), with a piece of fruit
Meal 3: Full sandwich (same as above), fruit yoghurt, piece of fruit, 1g flax oil
Meal 4: Generally just a piece of fruit & maybe an egg
Meal 5: Tea depending on whats been made at home: spag bolg, chilli con carne, curry & whole grain rice, vegetables and potatoes with meat, lasagne, plain fish and peas...
Meal 6:
Late night snack, Not sure what I should be eating here. sometimes a bowl of soup, cottage cheese on wholegrain brown bread.
So yeah, writing it down here has sent the alarm bells ringing, it needs tweaked I know and would be greatful for any help.
