My totals round up between 2000-2500cals/150-200g protein/220g-250g ptein and 30-50g fat!
I train 5 times a week, 45-60mins weight training followed by 20-30mins cardio, either moderate or HIIT!
I've been told I'm not eating enough to get any gains from this, but I'm sort of trying to stay lean for a holiday in july!
