OK, First off I apologize for not being able to give you guys the macros, I types this all up on my droid so I'm not at my house right now able to look at all the nutrition labels. I'm really just looking for advice on the foods themselves.
BREAKFAST:
1 cup of Skim milk
1 medium bananna
½ cup of egg whites
1 scoop of serious mass (25g protein)
POSTWORKOUT:
2 Scoops of whey (50g protein)
2 slices of white bread
LUNCH:
1 Cup of Brown rice
1 Serving of Pro-complex (30g protein)
4 oz of Tilapia
SNACK:
½ Cup of almonds
2 Cups of Brocoli
2 tbsp of natural peanut butter
DINNER:
1 Glass of Orange juice
½ Cup of egg whites
1 English muffin
1 Serving of Cottage cheese
BEFORE BED:
1 Scoop Casein (25g of protein)
1 Tablespoon of Flax seed oil
