    I'm hungry.

This happens more often than I'd like, but I can't just eat whenever I feel like it at work, so sometimes I end up leaving hungry and I have a very short window between getting off and work and the time I need to get to the gym. So, what do I eat? Or go to the gym hungry? That can't be good.

Just need some suggestions. I usually end up eating a protein bar with my Jack3d and heading out. Anybody got a better idea?

What about Some beef jerky, while you are getting hungry, Then when you leave for work, just down a banana and you will have enough energy for your work out.

leaving big gaps is not good for your metabolism

try eating more green veg in your meals. It will help keep you full throughout the day.

^^ this. Try eating a huge bowl of greens (salad) in your closest meal prior to the gym. Let me know if your still hungry.

I've got the same issue. Eq is making me starving. I usually eat a lot of fiber to stay full and keep my weight down. But my appetite is out of control. Any suggestions?

I would suggest eating veggies like there was before said and also try eating foods like brown rice , because It leaves you full for a long time.

Veggies it is then. A lot of bike racers do the paleo diet, but that is hard as hell to maintain.
