    Protein powder... strange taste

    I just bought a new 5lb tub optimum nutrition vanella whey... stuff ive bought many times before, but this tub has a really strange taste... and its a lot more yellow than the last stuff i bought. Could it be bad batch or something?

    THey could have just made an improvement on the batch. If its a bad batch.. eat it and hope u get sick! Big $$ in that shit

    i tried that...the guy was like, well protein isn't really supposed to taste GOOD! i had to prove to the guy that i knew what i was talkin about before he'd take it back and give me a new jug

    btw...he was too chicken to arm wrestle me, i think he's what you all refer to as a pencil-neck geek

    i avoid it as much as i can...there's a couple of products that i can only find there..thus, a monthly trip to GNC, can't wait to move to a bigger city so i have more options

    i use the NET for everything but isopure rtd juices...i can get them cheaper at gnc...thus..the monthly trip
