I am new here and figured I go ahead and post my diet.
Breakfast 6:00 AM
1/2 Cup Oatmeal
4 egg whites
1 piece of whole wheat toast.
Meal 2
1/2 Cup cottage cheese(fat free)
Half of a banana.
Meal 3 Lunch
1 cup of spinach
6 0z of shredded chicken
1 sliced up bell pepper.
1/2 cup of cottage cheese
all made into a salad.
Meal 4
1 or 2 scoops of whey protein powder.
Meal 5:
Large chicken breast
1/2 cup of broccoli
1 medium sweet potato.
I know this diet is far from being perfect so any help would be greatly appreciated.
