    My diet

    I am new here and figured I go ahead and post my diet.



    Breakfast 6:00 AM

    1/2 Cup Oatmeal

    4 egg whites

    1 piece of whole wheat toast.


    Meal 2

    1/2 Cup cottage cheese(fat free)

    Half of a banana.


    Meal 3 Lunch


    1 cup of spinach
    6 0z of shredded chicken
    1 sliced up bell pepper.
    1/2 cup of cottage cheese

    all made into a salad.

    Meal 4

    1 or 2 scoops of whey protein powder.


    Meal 5:

    Large chicken breast
    1/2 cup of broccoli
    1 medium sweet potato.



    I know this diet is far from being perfect so any help would be greatly appreciated.

    I am 22 years old 5'6 158 LBS currently. Would love to lean out enough to show some abs. So probably main goal is to cut the fat and build some muscle.

    Going to change my diet tomorrow ill make sure to post it with cals,fat,pros.... I just feel like this diet isnt giving me enough energy through out the day.
