    Heyy guys

    I was told to come to this section for the forums.
    I want to build lean muscle and gain a bit on weight

    I don't really have a diet

    stuff I usually eat and drink on a day to day basis:

    bread
    chicken burgers
    chips
    some fruit (apples, pairs)
    milk
    pepsi

    Welcome to the Diet forum!

    Thanks for coming here. The foods you have listed will not benefit you much. Please start reading some of the threads in this forum along with the stickies to get an idea of what to eat. And then post up a proposed eating plan. This way the members can review your plan. We do not know what you 'will" eat nor your allergies so you need to make one for yourself. And make a plan you know you will actually do. Something you will stick to so you will achieve your goal.

    Drop pepsi and chips atleast. If you are eating white bread around the day use it in post workout meal. You need lean meat, vegetables,rice, potatoes, oatmeal, eggs,low fat cottage cheese and lots of water.

    Your biggest meals will be breakfast and post workout meal. This will get you started, gave you atleast better food choises.

    I would suggest also buying like a vitamin supplement. P:S go read the stickies like there was said before, so you will know basics of bulking
