    I feel like I'm falling apart lately...

    Lately, I just feel not like I was when I was hitting this strict. I tend to snack during the day. On fruit, and cheerios at times. I don't cheat with bad stuff at all, just what I stated.

    Here is my thread of how I looked probably 3 weeks ago or less. With exactly how my diet was looking.

    I feel like I am losing definition in my stomach, it may just be me getting overworked about this whole diet thing. After all, I am just 21 years old.

    What am I lacking here? I feel like crap lately from it all... I am ALWAYS hungry.

    Age-21
    Weight-195
    Height-6'1
    Currently on week 5 of cycle Dbol to Winny (on the winny part)

    The macros may be a little off, because I changed some things. I just feel like lately I am losing some definition in my stomach like I used to have?

    DIET
    10:00 AM (preworkout): 1 eggs, 2 egg whites, ½ cup oats,1 scoop whey

    12 or 1 (Post workout) 3 scoops cytogainer
    3 g fat/40 protein/420 calories/57 carbs


    3:00 4oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup veggies or a side salad
    2.5 fat/23 protein/135 calories/0 carbs

    5:00 PM 4 oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup veggies or a side salad


    7:00 PM 4 oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup of veggies or ½ cup oats
    2.5 fat/23 protein/135 calories

    9:00 PM 4 oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup of veggies
    2.5 fat/23 protein/135 calories

    11:30PM 4 oz 93/7 Hamburger, 1 cup FF cottage cheese, 1 TBSP natural PB
    19 fat/ 33 protein/435 calories/33 carbs

    I tend to eat regular cheerios throughout the day to snack on, and also a bowl or two late at night with 2% milk :/ Also, I am out of natty PB right now, and my mom wont go to the store till next week… is regular PB ok? I haven’t even been working PB in the last few days.

    That terrible cycle you are running is the culprit. You are more than likely bloated from the dbol which from the looks of your pics the estrogen sides have caused gyno as well.

    Can you explain your reasoning behind that cycle to me?

    One other thing, you say your mom wont go to the store until next week?

    You are 21 years old. What is stopping you from going to the store? This things show me you are far from ready for cycling.

    Number one - that's not gyno from the cycle. I've had it since I was a little kid.
    Two- those were my bases from the cycle, I didn't post everything about it. An I do admit this cycle wasnt the best, I hadn't done much research as I have now.
    Three- I go to college and play football, I'm home for the summer and my mom gets joy from being able to buy the groceries. It's a mom thing... I dont bother going to wal mart

    Next cycle is test e 250 week 1-10 2ml weekly
    Clomid week 11-15
    Nolvadex week 11-16

    Its a jar of PB. I think your mom could handle you buying one jar.

    That may be the most ridiculous excuse i have heard of why someone cant get food.

    And if those were the "bases" of your cycle, what is the rest?

    I told you why your abs arent as defined as before. You are bloated due to running the dbol alone.

    You have to realize how bad all of this looks. You are running a cycle that is doing more harm than good, you are being lazy about your diet with the whole my mom has to buy my food, and now you are in a bad mood because i brought those things to light
