Lately, I just feel not like I was when I was hitting this strict. I tend to snack during the day. On fruit, and cheerios at times. I don't cheat with bad stuff at all, just what I stated.

I feel like I am losing definition in my stomach, it may just be me getting overworked about this whole diet thing. After all, I am just 21 years old.
What am I lacking here? I feel like crap lately from it all... I am ALWAYS hungry.

The macros may be a little off, because I changed some things. I just feel like lately I am losing some definition in my stomach like I used to have?

10:00 AM (preworkout): 1 eggs, 2 egg whites, ½ cup oats,1 scoop whey
12 or 1 (Post workout) 3 scoops cytogainer
3 g fat/40 protein/420 calories/57 carbs
3:00 4oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup veggies or a side salad
2.5 fat/23 protein/135 calories/0 carbs
5:00 PM 4 oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup veggies or a side salad
7:00 PM 4 oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup of veggies or ½ cup oats
2.5 fat/23 protein/135 calories
9:00 PM 4 oz chicken or 1 can of tuna or 1 tilapia, 1 cup of veggies
2.5 fat/23 protein/135 calories
11:30PM 4 oz 93/7 Hamburger, 1 cup FF cottage cheese, 1 TBSP natural PB
19 fat/ 33 protein/435 calories/33 carbs
I tend to eat regular cheerios throughout the day to snack on, and also a bowl or two late at night with 2% milk :/ Also, I am out of natty PB right now, and my mom wont go to the store till next week… is regular PB ok? I haven’t even been working PB in the last few days.
