    Maintaining weight after cutting

    Just wondering how to approach this guys.... I have been cutting down on an ECA stack with 150g carbs a day. I need to maintain my current level of bodyfat/weight for the next two weeks, Just need an idea of how much to increase carbs by or any other approaches? Cheers

    It's not about increasing carbs specifically (although that will probably be as good as any other macro) - it's about increasing overall calories to reach your maintenance level. Obviously you will need to have an idea of what that number is. If you don't know, i'd suggest you slowly increase (100 calories or so per week) until you are no longer seeing changes in weight.

    It's all about Calories- calculate your Maintenance Calories, eat at Maintenance and you will "Maintain".
