Post I'd sure appreciate some advice about food amounts to put on some lean mass.

So I was hoping to list the foods I would prefer to eat as I go throughout the day and then you guys could help me out with the quantities I should be eating in order to grow. Of course if i'm off base with my ideas please straighten me out.

    Age:29
    Weight:180lb
    Height: 5'10"
BF: ~10-12% (I can see abdominals but there is definately a fatty layer over the muscle)
    Occupation: Carpenter

    07:00
    3 eggs
Half a cereal bowl of oats
    Banana

    10:00
    1/2 grilled chicken breast
One cup of cooked brown or white rice
    One yellow pepper

    12:00
    1/2 grilled chicken breast
    One apple
10 Raw baby carrots and 1/4 broccoli crown with ranch dip

    14:00
    Protein shake low carb
    1 cup unsalted mixed nuts

    16:30-17:15 Training

    17:15
    Protein shake

    18:00
Grilled steak, fish fillet, or chicken breast
Large plate of whole wheat pasta
    1 zuccini
    1 green pepper
    1 tomato

    21:00
Peanut putter and banana sandwich on whole wheat bread
    1 small yogurt portion

Well, there is my intended daily intake based on convienience and preferred tastes. Please help me straighten this out. As you can see I'm not a food scaler but if I must begin to be one in order to achieve results and a proper diet I will.

    Thanks

Looks pretty good to me. I'm like you though, I dont really keep track of my pro/carb/fat level intakes during bulking. I just try to eat as much as I can as thats the hardest part for me. I'm sure if I looked at my diet in depth I'd find that my calorie intake wouldnt be enough so I'd feel like I'm failing in the diet area. I know I can't eat enough without feeling sick all day long, so I just try my best. A cutting diet is cake to me, but bulking is the harder one. Clean protein, complex carbs and low bad fat and high good fats.

I guess I am just going to have to get a damn scale and figure out the protein, carb, fat content of everything I intend to eat.
I'm still stalling on the dietician for some reason...I better just give them a call and get this diet deal figured out.
