Hey guys.
Stats: 34, 5'11, 196lbs, 10%. Looking to get down to 7 by August if possible. All help appreciated.
10am. Meal 1: 1/2 cup of oats, 1 scoop whey, 8 egg whites.
12pm. Meal 2: piece of grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of broccoli.
2pm. Meal 3: Piece of grilled chicken, 1/2 cup of broccoli.
4pm. Meal 4: 2 pieces of Talapia.
5pm. Gym time.
6pm. Meal 5: 2 scoops whey, 1/2 banana.
8pm. Meal 6: 1/2 chicken 1/2 cup broccoli.
10pm. Meal 7: 2 pieces talapia, 1/2 cup broccoli.
12am. 2 scoops whey, and of to bed.
I do this 6 days on, Sunday i eat what ever i want...
Hows this look to you guys. I would appreciate if you tune whatever you see fit.
