    Here my diet, For lean mass...

    Stats:
    5'9
    175LB
    BF%...?

    Goal: To get more lean mass!

    Before You check it out, I didn't include Veggie, But these will be place with meal 1:00pm and 7:00pm

    Water ALL day 12cups....?

    2 Large Coffee, with milk and Splenda

    Diet for MAINTAINING

    you need to eat more period. I would bump the calories up to somewhere between 2800-3000.

    Ok I can do this, Maybe eggs in morning?

    and added in some sort of seed to morning meals?

    I will have to look into more
