    Quaker 1 min Oats

I have been doing a little reading and have found that "instant oats" are not nutritionally as good as regular oats, higher on the GI index. Are the Quaker 1 mins Oats OK? Not sure they are the same as instant oats. Thanks for any help.

Non shit filled. No sugar added. Just plain Oats. This is the stuff you pick up in bulk at Sams Club. I didnt know if them being 1min oats made a difference.

Macros look similar if not the same as standard oats...

I suspect they are just plain oats that are some how processed so you can cook then quicker...

But TBH if they are costing you more just buy plain oats... They only take 2 mins for 0.5cup LOL
