Why do you keep asking about protein bars? Switch to shakes already.
Bars are pretty much just candy bars with added protein. You might as well just have a snickers and a protein shake than a protein bar.
never eat them unless i am on the bike training for a quick fix. not really a good food/protein source but i guess if your in a hurry and need something quick, i guess it isn't so bad. i think there are some recipes in the diet section for some healthier ones, and i think there are even macros listed for them.
I don't eat them at all. Too expensive for what you get.
Zero, only for emergency purposes. Those who prefer protein bars are naive and ignorant in my opinion. Powder is 100% strictly better. 80% of the ingredients of a protein bar is filler + identical to chocolate bars. Not too mention your combining a lot of fat and carbs and they are not even filling.
