    WELL.......

    CKD'S SUCK.

There's my input. Quick fix, doesn't fix anything really, lethargy, isolated, slowed metabolism, moody, no muscle gains, possible muscle loss to a great degree, once you eat "normal" again, you become Roseanne Arnold's body double.

I already lost 10 lbs with normal dieting over the last 2 months now I am going to do CKD hopefully lose another 15 and keep my cardio up, mod carbs, low fat, high protein. I think I will be just fine thanks. I know you are the diet man but your post was not helpful in the least.

You didn't ask for help, you said to critique it. I critiqued it with my opinion on what I thought of CKD's, in English, plain and simple.

Yes, I am the "diet man" if you wish to call it that, and I gave my thoughts on why the diet has flaws, what it leads to, etc. If you want a full breakdown, that is another story. As well, if you did so well on your previous diet, why not just continue until progress stalls completely? Seems like a CKD should be the last resort for you if you were already progressing pretty well.

Thanks for letting me know my post was not helpful. You asked for a critique, and I gave it! It's like a pic of a chica, critique her, either she's fine or she's puppy chow. I give it to ya straight forward, uncesored, and to the point. If ya don't like it, don't read it.

    what gives??
