    When should I start cutting?

    Me- 37, 5'7" currently 195 ~ 14-15% BF. Started cycle at 178 at around same BF. Been on 300mg Deca once a week and 125mg Sus EOD.

    I've got 2 weeks left on my cycle. I've put on a solid 14-15lbs of LBM but I've maintained 14-15% BF from pre cycle till now. Currently eating 2.5-3kcal per day. Honestly, I was hoping the cycle would help get the BF down, but I'm not going to complain about the gains I've made.

    I'm wondering when I should start trying to cut. Or, how long do I need to keep up the calorie excess. Should I keep up the current diet through PCT and start cutting after to ensure that I keep as much of my gains as possible?

    As usual, any advice or help is much appreciated.

    Do not cut during PCT that is muscle suicide. Re-evaluate your body 1 week out of PCT and see what you've kept/lost. If your still at 14%+ BF after PCT I would say cut down to ~10%. No clue what your final goals are though.

    Thanks. I figured cutting before I was done with PCT was a bad idea.

    You hit the nail on the head. I want to keep as much of my gains as possible and get down to ~ 10%.
