How to keep up?????!!!
So i started dieting (using the how to bulk diet from here). Im suppose to eat 8 meals a day.....its been a week.....i feel full all the time!!! sometimes i even have to force myself to eat lol
My question is: how do you guys keep up with your diet, and is there some kind of tricks that i can do to make myself be hungry and basically finish those 8 meals a day???

The more you eat the more you can eat...
Eventually your body will adjust and you will be able to get the food down and still be hungry
