yes do count that as your daily cals.
well on off days you dont consume your PWO which i assume is protein carb shake.
so you can add in another meal or miss that meal completely
all depends on your goals.
I just tend to time my Workout say an hour before my next meal, so as soon as i come out of the gym I can have a postworkout meal and it would not exceed my calorie allowance.
Or should i be upping my calories on workout days, i am looking for lean gain so and i feel fine, have been doing this for a while.
what confused me was that i did a bit of reading online and it stated that people would have a pwo meal then an hour later they would have their regular meal
