Yes, it's easier and more convenient but the protein is actually more bio-available after eggs are cooked, (90% versus 50% I believe it is) which is due to the alteration of the protein structure and the ability of digestive enzymes to infiltrate peptide bonds.

get the pasteurized whites in the carton. Otherwise the protein is less bio-available, like he said, and the egg whites will cause a vit b deficiency.

So pasteurized egg whites in cartons are gonna give the same protein as cooked eggs?

I use 8 powdered egg whites when mixing my morning shake with Oats and Whey, does not add much volume, taste is a little bitter though.

As long as the egg whites have been Pasteurised, they will have been cooked enough to release the protein.

Str8Jakked has it right gotta be cooked.

There is more bio availability but the percentages are just a bunch of broscience imo. OP, you could just not eat eggs anymore ? I got fed up too because you can't exactly pre-cook them unless they're hardboiled so I just switched for a different food choice.

You ever hard boil eggs? It's the easiest thing on the planet. You could boil a whole heap at a time all you literally have to do is drop them in water.

If you do 24 or 36 eggs it would take like 10-15 minutes and you don't have to watch them and there is no clean up. Put them in your fridge and when you're ready to eat crack one or how ever many open...Also makes it easy to just throw out the yolks
