Bulking advice?
Hey guys, I was referred to this site by a friend for some advice with my diet and overcoming what seems to be a weight plateau. I'm a 20 year old male, 6'2 at ~220 pounds and right around 9-10 percent bodyfat, all-natural as well. I've been lifting for 5 years and really going at it for about 2.5 years. My problem is that whenever I get to 220, my weight just starts going down so I'm constantly teetering between 215-220 and can't seem to go anywhere past that. I would really like to get to 235-240. I feel that my problem is my diet. I have made it thus far without really watching my diet THAT closely and I feel as though that's what's holding me back. If anyone would be able to help me with my diet, it would be greatly appreciated. Right now I'm probably around 3000 calories a day, 250 grams of protein, and roughly the same in carbs. I don't really watch my fat that much, I just check the label and if there isn't much I consider it okay (although I know I should watch it more). Thanks again for the help!

400 grams of pro
mostly egg whites, chicken, & fish
keep carbs at 250, but make sure that is what it is, and it is in the form of oats and brown rice.
check fats in at about 125 grams a day.
separate carb and fat meals to stay leaner.
eat pro and carbs morning and pro and fats evening.
after about 2 weeks see how it goes. you can then add some fat ( i would before carbs) or carbs to start gaining weight at the tune of a half to 1 pound a week.

get the quality pro in and use carbs and fat to adjust gains. Don't get radical all at once. Slowly add carbs or fat to the diet to gain more weight. If you gain to fast, your body fat will be going up. At 250 carbs i gain, at 180 i lose. It takes a bit of time to learn yourself and adjust.
