Hey guys, I was referred to this site by a friend for some advice with my diet and overcoming what seems to be a weight plateau. I'm a 20 year old male, 6'2 at ~220 pounds and right around 9-10 percent bodyfat, all-natural as well. I've been lifting for 5 years and really going at it for about 2.5 years. My problem is that whenever I get to 220, my weight just starts going down so I'm constantly teetering between 215-220 and can't seem to go anywhere past that. I would really like to get to 235-240. I feel that my problem is my diet. I have made it thus far without really watching my diet THAT closely and I feel as though that's what's holding me back. If anyone would be able to help me with my diet, it would be greatly appreciated. Right now I'm probably around 3000 calories a day, 250 grams of protein, and roughly the same in carbs. I don't really watch my fat that much, I just check the label and if there isn't much I consider it okay (although I know I should watch it more). Thanks again for the help!
