Cutting diet??? Help!!
The following is my cutting diet. Please help me anywhere if needed!!
I am 25 6foot1 and 210lbs been going to the gym over 5yrs but only really dedicated last 12months! I bench 100kg squat 100kg and deadlift 90kg. I have started to perform fasted cardio first thing in the morning for only 20 min at a steady pace 3 times a week and hiit 2 a week after workouts. I plan to cut for 8 weeks as i have a big party coming up and need to lose fat so my muscles can shine through. Is this diet any good? I have done loads of research and still a bit confused.
I take some bcaa's before morning cardio
breakfast: 50grams of oats with skimmed milk and blueberries
2 fish oil pills
then gym
postworkout whey protein shake with dextrose
half hour later
meal 2: 4 eggs on 2 wholemeal toast and cup of broccolli
meal 3: Homemade chicken and veg soup 2 fish oil pills
meal 4: Snack - almonds and 1 scoop whey
meal 5: Steak or fish alternating each night and salad
before bed casein shake 2 fish oil pills
it is roughly 325grams protein 175grams carbs and 150 grams fat!!
I am drinking around 5 litres of water a day!
Any help please as i dont want to diet and get shit results!

For a party? Or for a lifetime? Those are 2 different goals
And drinking juices will spike your insulin so I would stay away from that.
And to really cut BF, no skim milk nor toast for now.

I just did the maths on fit day and if i drop to 1 slice of toast it totals 2750 cals 300 pro 150 carbs and 102 fat, do i need more protein and if so how can i get it without blowing cals through the roof and is milk really that bad being the first meal of the day and pre workout??

Dude, do you know what your bodyfat is?
I suspect you need less protein, more carbs and less fat.
Have you tried a structured diet previously?
