for some reason i cannot seem to lose any of the body fat i have left i do cardio for 35-45 minutes every day and i think my diet is pretty on point i will post it below im thinking i should maybe cut my carbs down but can use some educated suggestions any changes or suggestions are apreciated im 5"9 180lbs

9am 8oz chicken breast 1 cup brown rice

3 natural pb and sugar free jelly on enzkiel bread
after workout which is about 2 and half hours
530 -40 grams of whey protein with natural pb and a banana
9 usaly a lean meat and brown rice
