question about carb cycling / carb diets

what is the difference in doing carb cycles, compared to just making a diet with lower carbs for each day? i mean if ur trying to loose body fat faster wouldnt it be better to just do a diet that has low carbs / no carbs in the diet then cycling the carbs ?

The idea is to keep the body guessing. If you deny your body resources for a prolonged period of time your body gets used to running without them efficiently. When you add them back in you are just giving your body resources it doesn't need (because you have taught it to run without) and you will gain. Also carbs are needed and preserve muscle tissue and are important for growth and basically not feeling like shit.

I'm on my first carb cycle for a show in 11 weeks and its not easy finding 300g of complex carbs while maintaining a low number of grams of fat, however, its what needs to be done.
