Ok boys and girls.....I've been doingthis for a couple of weeks and have seen some pretty good results so far, but just want to see if ya'll think it needs tweeked a bit more or not. 6'2" was 245 now 235lbs bf% ?

6 egg whites/2 yolks
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 Stacker2 (thinking of taking 2)
9am
2 chicken breast
1/2 cup rice
3/4 cup mixed veggies
12pm
turkey breast sandwhich on whole wheat w/mustard
1 can tuna
3pm
2 chicken breast
1/2 cup rice
3/4 cup mixed veggie
6pm
lean meat (turkey, chicken, ground chuck, steak)
1- 1 1/2 cup veggie
8pm
protein shake 44g
creatine 5g
1 Stacker2 (debating taking 2 or 1 earlier about 1pm)
9:30pm
protein shake 44g
creatine 5g
dextrose
10:30pm-midnight
either
6 egg whites w/2 yolks
or
protein shake 25g
w/flax or sponfull of natural peanutbutter
So what do ya'll think? On Saturday or Sunday I up my carbs about 150-200g.
