    White sweet potato

So I found these at my " whole foods" type of market where I live. It's an organic white sweet potato. The inside is actually a yellowish color and has a slightly different flavor profile as the normal sweet pot.

My question is now, how do I know or find out if it's just as nutritional for you as the regular. It's definitely not the same as a normal Idaho pot.

Anyone ever delt with these? I k ow Damien might have but not sure if he is still around though.

i would think that it would have to be same as a regular sweet potato. there are a few different kinds but the nutritional value should be the same. a carb here or there really isn't going to make that much difference. it is different from the an idaho potato because that is a different plant. just like yams are a monocot and sweet potatoes are dicot (two embryos). all in all, the same thing
