im on the end of a clen cycle as well im looking for suggestions on my diet to help cut away the extra fat i cant seem to lose im doing 40 miuntes of cardio 6 days a week as well i will list my diet and a pic below suggestions are much apreciated
6am-2 pieces enkeil bread 6 egg whites
9am natural pb and sugar free jelly on enzkiel bread
12 8oz chicken breast 1 cup of brown rice
after workout 3pm 40 grams whey protien 1 bannana and 1 tb of natural pb
6 a lean steak
11 40 grams elite xt protien
