can somone please revise my diet
6am-2 pieces enkeil bread 6 egg whites
9am natural pb and sugar free jelly on enzkiel bread
12 8oz chicken breast 1 cup of brown rice
after workout 3pm 40 grams whey protien 1 bannana and 1 tb of natural pb
6 a lean steak
11 40 grams elite xt protien

What do you want to accomplish from the diet?
I would say for starters 18g of protein for breakfast not enough most likely, unless your really small and then no more protein till 12. That is in my opinion to long to go. I would add a main source of protein to the 9am meal. You could def add some veggies in there as well.

Wheres the pre-workout meal. I would drop the banana and peanut butter for a cup of oats in the post workout shake. I would want a complex carb instead a simple one i.e banana. I would start the day with a slow digesting carb such as oatmeal instead of the bread. I would eat at least 1-2 cups of green vegetables with that steak.

im trying to get lean right now thats what id like to acomplis u think tuna on light oatmeal bread? and dont i want ffast digesting carbs post workout?

Not to be a d!ck, but this is no way to post a diet. At least have the courtesy to post something we can actually work with. I don't imagine too many people are going to waste their time with this one.

You are 18, 5'0, about 100lbs, 35%BF?
Need to know your stat's. the only way we can tell you about your diet is looking at your stat's.

Sorry I'm 21 180lbs 5"8 about 20 percent bf right now I did replace the 9am meal with tuna on light oatmeal bread id be very apreiative of further advice if there is anything else I can ad to be more helpful please let me no

Need to read some stickies and threads and come up with a food plan. Try to include 4-6 meals and the time of day you will eat plus the time of day you workout and what that workout entails. Then the members will review it and make tweaks. This is the best way to get input here.
