Ok I am gonna have to stat a progress log as this will keep me motivated and you guys will be able to give me some motivation so i dont fall of my wagon.
I will be Following the Velocity Diet guide lines from Tnation Site and Intermittent Fasting at the same time. Some of you are gonna say that i am crazy but i am just gonna test my body out. The last time i did the Velocity diet to boost fat loss i lost lot of LBM so this time, when i combine IF i will not loose that much LBM but mainly Fat.
The Day Will Consist of 3 Main meals between a Feeding window of 2pm - 10pm and a 16 hour starvation. The meals will mainly consist of Protein shakes and Peanut butter at the end of the feeding window.
