    My Fat Loss Diet and Progress log, Velocity Diet while Intermittent fasting

    Ok I am gonna have to stat a progress log as this will keep me motivated and you guys will be able to give me some motivation so i dont fall of my wagon.

    I will be Following the Velocity Diet guide lines from Tnation Site and Intermittent Fasting at the same time. Some of you are gonna say that i am crazy but i am just gonna test my body out. The last time i did the Velocity diet to boost fat loss i lost lot of LBM so this time, when i combine IF i will not loose that much LBM but mainly Fat.


    The Day Will Consist of 3 Main meals between a Feeding window of 2pm - 10pm and a 16 hour starvation. The meals will mainly consist of Protein shakes and Peanut butter at the end of the feeding window.

    WORKOUT Days (Surge Recovery is the only addition here)

    Workout

    I am gonna be doing the Velocity diet workouts for the first while moving on a strength 3x5 workout, mainly will consist of full body movements.

    Cardio : None (NEPA walks only)



    Supplements
    Nutrisport Whey Casein protein

    Surge Recovery on Workout days

    I started this on Monday, only had a chance to post today................................

    Update wise: lots of side affects, headaches fever but i think this is from teh shock to the body, all is going well. If i do get a problem with the protein shakes i just swap it for Can of tuna or equivalent

    Update:

    Weight Today Morning : 72.1kg

    The Weight has Gone Down by about 3 kg, i know that most of is just rubbish which is coming out of my body. I have a feeling that the fat loss is going to be slowing down. I have not felt any strength decreases which is very good

    Thought on IF : I thought it would be hard to do as you are fasting for like 16 hours. I love the fact that i dont have to worry about the meal timings and getting hungry all the time when i was dieting on 5-6 meals a day. Everytime i eat i feel full. Big Meals (shakes are very statisfying) love the fact that at work i dont have to worry when i am going to get my break for my meal as i am pretty full

    Velocity Diet Review: Velocity diet side of the diet has been going well, I have been slightly upping the calories rather than the reccomended ones on Tnations Website as i did not want to loos any LBM. Next week i will take it down the reccomeded caloris which is 1380 on Non workout Days and 1715 on workout days. currently on 1485 on Workout day and 1815 workout days. I have had to swap some shakes for cans of tuna as i was getting sick of shakes(as they were like 100g sometimes)


    Target for Next week is: More Speed walks i will try and get about 4 miles at 5.6mph of walking in the morning at fasted state and another 4 ish miles at 5.6mph on a treadmill. (due to fact that i want to do a bit of studying while walking).

    I will be switching back to Normal 2-3 hour eating for 2 days next week just to try this out. to see how my body copes

    Bf: Estimate on machine is 17.1

    Great weight loss for 2 weeks thats pretty insane.
