    taking multivitamin at night

I recently started taking a MV everyday; everytime I take it in the morning with breakfast, it tends to decrease my appetite and I have a hard time getting my second meal down.

Can I take the MV at night before bed with the same effects as if I were to take it in the morning? What if I wanted to take 2 MV per day? Could I take them both at night before bed??

    What's the bottle say ?

I take two a day per the bottles instructions. I've also , for convenience, taken both at once.

I don't think it matters if you take them in the morning or at night. Maybe someone else can confirm that.

You must be very sensitive- I have never heard of anyone's appetite decreasing due to a Multi-Vitamin and no- it doesn't matter when you take it as long as it's consistently in your system.

I cannot tell the difference whether i miss/take MV or not and im pretty body sensitive to anything else i put into it. TBH i cant really see a benefit of taking one at all.

I take 2 in the morning and 2 right before bed. Remember that with weight training, our needs go beyond the RDA (which is usually a joke anyway, even for 'regular' people).

I say take whenever you want...as long as its with food. Some minerals in a multi tend to be fat absorbing.....and need food to carry into the digestional tract where they are absorbed. The water soluble minerals in a multi will pass through the stomach lining.
