Hi there, I am a 36yo male.
For the past two years I have really started to look after myself. I was overweight, 93 kg's and high body fat .
I started seeing a personal trainer and nutritionist. I wanted to do it the "natural" way.
I lost 12 kg's but looked a little like a rag doll, with no definition at all.

( I suppose I have to at this stage say that I travel a lot and for lengthy periods at a time. All over the world from Antarctica to China, I am in the road fro 2 to 3 months and then back home 2 to 3 months which makes a strict program difficult)

I found the nutritionist's program was very difficult to follow when i was not at home> products were hard to come by etc.

Anyway recently I was able to start some Dianabol and Stanazol. I am seeing results together with my diet that I am following. But the problem is that my body fat around my waist is just not doing anything. I need help getting rid of this.

Shall I take Clen ?

Is there a "clean" diet out there that will help me build lean muscle and loose the body fat around the waist. I am very disciplined just need the right guidance.
