im prepareing for my 1st test cycle amd i keep getting people telling me to ck my diet please give me some advice
i have gained 20 pounds in 3 years all natural and they are saying thats not good gains and it must be my diet....im trying to gain as much lean mass as possible!!!
MEAL 1-(pre workout meal)
cup of oats
protien shake
apple
5 boiled egg whites
meal 2-(post workout)
protien shake
wheat turkey and lowfat cheese sandwicth
tear my diet apart or whatever needs to be done i just need a stronger diet because apparently people are saying thats why my gains arent great
meal 3
cup brown rice
baked chicken breast
meal 4
backed chicken
green beans
wheat roll
yogurt
meal 5
salmon
green beans
meal 6-(before bed)
4 egg whites boiled
cottage cheese
