    help my diet please!!!

    im prepareing for my 1st test cycle amd i keep getting people telling me to ck my diet please give me some advice

    i have gained 20 pounds in 3 years all natural and they are saying thats not good gains and it must be my diet....im trying to gain as much lean mass as possible!!!

    MEAL 1-(pre workout meal)
    cup of oats
    protien shake
    apple
    5 boiled egg whites

    meal 2-(post workout)
    protien shake
    wheat turkey and lowfat cheese sandwicth

    tear my diet apart or whatever needs to be done i just need a stronger diet because apparently people are saying thats why my gains arent great
    meal 3
    cup brown rice
    baked chicken breast

    meal 4
    backed chicken
    green beans
    wheat roll
    yogurt

    meal 5
    salmon
    green beans

    meal 6-(before bed)
    4 egg whites boiled
    cottage cheese

    You have not given us enough to work with.

    How old are you ?

    What is your height ?

    What is your bodyfat % ?

    What is your weight ?

    What time are you eating the meals ?

    You need to include the macros of each meal (protein / carbs / fats / calories)

    In between which two meals are you working out ?

    What kind of training are you doing ?

    Do you do any cardio ? If so - what kind ?

    bf 10.2%
    170lbs
    meals every 3 hrs
    workout between meal 1 and 2
    hypertropy training mostly 12,10,8,6 sets
    and strenth training to swith things up sets of 6 and 4
    cardio 2 days a week (3mile jog)

    3 years ago i was 150 pounds
    i have gained 20 pounds in 3 years but my diet has only been strong for the past 2 years
    i thought all nautral 20 pounds in 3 years wasent bad??
