    need help! someone make me a proper diet plan

    i want to start my first cycle of test e 500 mg 250mg twice a week.
    i have been lifting for a consistent 2 years and for over 5 years on and off
    im 5'10 240lbs and around 15% bf
    i want to get stronger get bigger but get cut
    so please someone help me with my diet ive seen so many differnt options and opinions and idk what to go with

    Plenty of guys here to do it for free. Just write down what you typically eat in a day, when you workout, sleep etc. I'm also sure your bodyfat is higher than you think

    How old are you ? What are you currently eating right now? Not to jump the gun on assumptions mate but I don;t think you should even have the word steroid in your vocabulary right now. They are not wonder drugs and bodybuilding is a multi-year marathon not a race.

    As Twist said, there are plenty of people who will help you simply because we enjoy it. Provide us with some detailed info on what your diet and training looks like, and we'll see what's what.

    If you're truly 5'10 240lbs @ 15% bodyfat, you must be pretty big already. Pics??
