check out my maintenance diet
Thanks for all the help on my cutting diet....I just finished with my my 3 month cutting plan and it worked well....i dropped 15 pds (210 to 195) and got the 6 pack going....I was a fat fuck a few years ago (a 260 pd lineman) so I have some left over fat which can be a pain to get rid of....
Anyway, after a one week break from it all at spring break, I'm ready to start up again. I am going to try to maintain or gain some lean mass with keeping the fat levels as low as possible. My stats are 6'2, 195 pds, with a 12% bf level.
supps for this new phase- cell tech, glutamine, and ecdysterone supplement.
I am working out monday through friday. Monday-chest and abs, tuesday-quads and calves, weds-shoulders and abs, thrusday-hams and back, friday-arms and abs. I am doing cardio 3* a week for 20-25 mins, alternating on different days between interval training and steady paced cardio on the bike, treadmill, and stairmaster.
Anyways here are 2 of my diets. I made a five day plan but check these out. Any input from novices and pros alike would be great and I would appreciate it.

Looks pretty good, give it a shot. Here is a little crit, if you notice you start lagging try lowering your protein and upping your carbs. Also you might want to up your fat intake a little more too (healthy fat) that will increase test levels naturally and help pad all your joints and ligaments, also some extra cals. Keep us updated.

Oh I will. Thanks for the advice thus far. On most of my other days the fat content is up to roughly around 50g's and the protein is around 280-290g's. I have a five day plan if any one wants to see it. I'll keep everyone updated.
