    Im carrying this beverage on me at all time. Good or bad? (bulking)

    I drink from my bottle every 20 minutes or so. heres what's in the mix.


    Per 1L
    2 scoops whey protein (300 cal)
    300g strawberries (100 cal)
    a cup of oats (450 cal)
    500ml skim milk (150 cal)

    About 1000 calories, most come from oats (450) and whey protein (300)

    I shove about 2L of this down my throat from morning to night, in addition to my 6 usual meals.

    good or bad?

    My opinion is bad, because off the sugar you have in the milk and strawberries, you keep your insulin levels high all day long having sugar every 20 min.

    Theres 40g of sugar in an entire 1L bottle.

    Also, isn't high insulin good while bulking?
