2 scoops whey protein (300 cal)
300g strawberries (100 cal)
a cup of oats (450 cal)
500ml skim milk (150 cal)
About 1000 calories, most come from oats (450) and whey protein (300)
I shove about 2L of this down my throat from morning to night, in addition to my 6 usual meals.
