    Vacation Cutting water

Im going on vacation in the middle of sept. for a few days. I plan on being about 7 percent bf at that time. For at least one of the days maybe two if possible i would like to appear as shredded as possible by getting rid of any water. I have lots of experience dieting however no experience with depleting water. Does anyone have any good links on the steps i need to take to do this for the days prior. thank you

Starchy carb restriction (or eliminate completely), depletion training (i.e. cardio/conditioning full body type workouts), and look into a diuretic supplement. Also, drink tons of water.

that all pertains to training and diet. which i know. Im talking about the few days leading up to the vacation on how to deplete water. I know that more water in equals more water out. Im more asking when to start cutting water. when and how to carb load. those sort of things. Not things involving losing actual body fat like i said in my previous post that part i have experience with

Few ways to go about it.

Carb deplete then heavy carb loading prior to the days when you want to look your best. Carbs carry water and will help shuttle water into your muscle cells, making you look fuller, yet drier.

Also I wouldnt just cut sodium... that really wont do much. But sodium loading... then cutting sodium would make it more drastic.
Add in water loading and then depletion and youll really make the most of it.

But dont use both the carb and sodium ideas at same time. Best to use carb loading with very little sodium. Or else youll keep subcutaneous water and look blurry.

So a basic and easy method would be...

Lets say 6 days out from the day you want to "peak"

First 3 days you sodium load and water load.
-Get some bullion cubes and drink one or 2 a day with water. Up your water intake to double what you normally take in. Or as much as you can stomach is what I end up doing. lol
---This will cause your sodium levels to rise which will cause you to hold the extra water youre taking in.

    Then the last 3 days.
-Stop the sodium. Keep levels as low as possible. Impossible to have zero, but low is fine.
-Slowly lower your water intake over the next 3 days.
----So last day of water loading would be; lets say 2 gallons. Then next day would be 1 gallon. Then next would be half gallon.
Then 3rd day of depletion would be 1/4 gallon. Then day of your peak... you only have a few sips so you dont die of thirst. lol.

    Now carb depleting and loading....

During the sodium and water Loading phase you will depelete carbs. Do some full body workouts with LIGHT cardio in order to really help deplete. And deplete as in no carbs other then from veggies if you eat them with meals.

Then the 3 days you are lowering water... you will carb load. Try to eat 3 times your body weight in grams of carbs. Dont worry about protein intake. Keep it lower so you can eat more carbs. Carbs are protein sparring and you wont lose any muscle in 3 days.

No cardio those last 3 days where are you carb loading.

Bring it all together for the 7th day and you should be dry and full.

But its hit or miss. Some ppl just dont respond to carbs or sodium.

You can add in a diuretic the 2nd day OUT from the day of your peak. Be careful if you use them.

On the day of your Peak... eating some simple carbs before going out will help make your vascularity pop.

Nothing to it but do it.

The sodium and water loading then depletion will force your body to expell excess water.

The carb depletion and loading will allow you to store 3 times as many carbs as normal. Making you look and feel fuller and bigger.
