How do you cook your egg whites ?

Can't stand drinking egg whites anymore - how do you cook them ? In the pan they go in medium heat ? Do you add water ? Add oil ? If you add oil I assume you would account for them in your macros ?

How on earth do you boil liquid egg whites. Maybe I'm more naive than originally anticipated.

Boil the entire egg and then eat only the white part.....

I love spinach so I usually throw about 1/2 cup or so of raw spinach in the pan with my eggs and add a little garlic powder.
